1. LEVEL OF SERVICE: *

The parties agree that Y11 will provide photography services as itemized in the attached schedule of this contact.

I AGREE

2. COPYRIGHT: *

The work created by Y11 during the shoot constitutes the copyrighted work of Y11. The work at all times shall remain the property of Y11. Any portion of the work delivered to the client is for their personal and promotional marketing use only. The client may not sell, nor authorize the sale or reproduction of any portion of the work without Y11’s written consent. The client may not creatively edit the work (including the use of Instagram filters and the like).

3. MODEL RELEASE: *

The client shall permit Y11 to use images of the client from any portion of the work for display, publication, other promotional uses, and any other lawful purposes without payment of additional compensation to the client.

4. SHOOTING LOGISTICS: *

The photography schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the client in a manner enjoyed by all parties. The client and Y11 agree that cheerful cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential to that purpose. Shooting will commence at the scheduled start time.

5. RESCHEDULING: *

Due to weather or other circumstances, Y11 may ask the client to reschedule. If the client must reschedule the shoot every effort will be made by Y11 to accommodate the client’s needs, however any loss of studio rental fees or travel fees by Y11 will remain the client’s responsibility to pay.

6. COMPLETION OF FINAL PRODUCT: *

The edited photos will be emailed to the client via an online gallery within 14 days of the session date.

7. PAYMENT: *

Studio rental fees and/or travel fees will be due upon booking the session. During certain times of the year or for certain types of sessions Y11 may require a retainer to hold the session date. This contract will be completed and returned to Y11 prior to the day of the session. The session fee is due the by the day of the session and no later. By signing below, the client agrees to pay the session fee as well as other fees decided on by Y11 and the client.

SCHEDULE OF SERVICES: *

The client has opted for a Photography Subscription package to contain the following: • 3 branding sessions to be completed within 1 year of this agreement. • Each session will last approximately 1 hour. • Each session costs $175, with a total investment by the client of $525 in session fees over the course of the year. • Additional fees for studio rentals and/or travel may be incurred by the client in addition to the above-mentioned session fees, but will be discussed and agreed upon by Y11 and the client.
